Aging Well Consultations
Aging Well Consultations are designed to support the older adult and their family. Services include:
Wellness evaluation and creation of custom program to proactively increase physical activity, social interactions and wellbeing with ongoing support.
Advocacy for appropriate services and support.
One-on-one support for family members caring for older adults.
Education on dementia, communication strategies, home safety, fall prevention, improving a loved one’s ability to complete self care, stress management for caregivers and more
